As a Feed Control user, we wanted to let you know about some recent updates.
Improved full-text extraction with US Servers
When you enable full-text retrieval on a partial feed in Feed Control, our servers fetch each item and store its content for you.
Previously the servers we used for this work were based in Europe. Due to GDPR requirements, some sites, including Google News, could not always be accessed from European servers without manual action from the user. Sites are often required to implement such measures for European visitors to comply with online tracking laws in Europe, but they are intended for people using their own computers, not services like Feed Control, which do not pass on tracking cookies to you. Nonetheless, such measures resulted in failed article extraction in Feed Control for some feeds, whether you were based in Europe or not.
We now make these requests from US servers, which has improved full-text retrieval on many sites.
Bundles
It is now possible to group multiple feeds into bundles. Enabling RSS output on a bundle allows you to use a single RSS feed rather than multiple feeds in situations where that's needed.
Integrations: Slack, Discord and Webhooks
We recently added Integrations to Feed Control. You'll find a new link in the left-hand menu where you can access Integrations.
Note: Integrations are only available on the Plus and Business plans.
You can now connect your Slack workspace or Discord server to Feed Control. Once you do, you'll be able to tell Feed Control to post updates to your feeds or bundles to a specific channel.
Multiple webhooks
Our webhooks implementation has up to now been limited to a single webhook URL per account. Webhooks are now part of our integrations, so you can register multiple webhook URLs, and each feed or bundle can then be linked to one or more of these webhooks.

We now also share updates about Feed Control in our changelog (we'll be adding a link to this in Feed Control soon).
We are also keen to hear what features you're missing and what issues you've encountered that we can help you with. You can vote on feature requests we've received already, or add your own. You can also simply reply to this email and share any thoughts with us privately.
Finally, if you no longer have any need for Feed Control, you can delete your account and all your data by logging in and visiting the profile page. There is a 'Delete Account' option at the very bottom of that page.
