<p><strong>Supreme Court:</strong> महाराष्ट्र (Maharashtra) के शिवसेना (Shiv Sena) विवाद मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने फैसला करते हुए 5 जजों की संविधान पीठ को ये मामला सौंप दिया है. ताजा जानकारी के मुताबिक, शुक्रवार इस मामले की सुनवाई होगी. 5 जजों की बेंच शुक्रवार तय करेगी कि शिवसेना के चुनाव चिन्ह (Election Logo) पर आयोग अभी अपनी सुनवाई जारी रखे या नहीं. </p> <p>सीजेआई (CJI) ने कहा कि, संविधान पीठ तय करेगी कि क्या स्पीकर के खिलाफ प्रस्ताव लंबित हो तो वो अयोग्यता पर सुनवाई कर सकते हैं. इस दौरान सदन की कार्यवाही कैसे चले. CJI ने पार्टियों के आंतरिक लोकतंत्र और उसमें चुनाव आयोग की भूमिका पर भी संविधान पीठ को विचार करने को कहा.
