Shilpa Shetty Richard Gere Kiss Incident: 15 साल बाद शिल्पा शेट्टी को मिली राहत, कोर्ट ने आरोपों से किया मुक्त

<p><strong>Shilpa Shetty  Richard Gere Kiss Incident :</strong>  बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस शिल्पा शेट्टी को आज सालों पुराने केस में बड़ी राहत मिली है. साल 2007 में शिल्पा राजस्थान में एक ईवेंट में शामिल हुई थीं जहां हॉलीवुड स्टार रिचर्ड गियर भी शामिल हुए थे. इस ईवेंड में रिचर्ड ने शिल्पा को स्टेज पर सबके सामने किस कर लिया था और एक बार नहीं कई बार. जिसके बाद ये मामला खूब उछला था और बाद में वहां मौजूद लोगों ने शिल्पा के ऊपर अश्लीलता फैलाने का आरोप लगाया था.  अब इतने साल बाद कोर्ट ने एक्ट्रेस को इन सभी आरोपों से मुक्त कर दिया है.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">इस मामले में मेट्रोपॉलिटन मेजिस्ट्रेट केतकी छवन ने शिल्पा शेट्टी को विक्टिम बताया है. केतकी छवन के मुताबिक शिल्पा इस केस में एक विक्टिम थीं. मामले को देखने और शिकायत पर पूरी तरह जांच किए जाने के बाद मेजिस्ट्रेट केतकी ने पाया कि शिल्पा सिर्फ एक विक्टिम थीं इसलिए शिल्पा पर लगे आरोप निराधार हैं. पुलिस रिपोर्ट और दस्तावेजों के मद्देनजर शिल्पा को सभी आरोपों से मुक्त किया जाता है. जो शिकायत दर्ज हुई है उसमें कोई भी कथित अपराध संतुष्ट नहीं करता है. </p> <blockquote class="instagram-media" style="background: #FFF;
